HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Confetti Cards offers FREE standard shipping Australia wide.

Express Shipping is available for $9.99, Aust wide.

International Shipping

Please note that due to international customs we are not able to ship our rose petal cards overseas, we can however still send all our other types of our confetti cards.

All international shipping outside of Australia is at the flat rate of $27.00.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Domestic Postage - Standard Shipping 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, the order will be sent within one business day. Orders within Australia may take anywhere from 5-6 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch.

Domestic Postage - Express Shipping

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, the order will be sent within one business day. Express Post means next day delivery for the majority* of customers. (To check if you fall in Australia Post’s Next Day Business Delivery Network, click HERE.)

Orders outside Australia Post’s Next Day Business Delivery Network, may take anywhere from 2-5 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch.

International Postage. 

All orders are shipped via Australia post (Registered Post). Once an order has been placed and payment/s are received, the order will be sent within 1 business day. International orders can take up to 5-20 business days to arrive to its receiver from date of dispatch. This time may vary according to your geographical location. Should there be any issues with your parcel not arriving within this time frame, please email contact.confetticards@gmail.com.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE: For Western Australia and rural areas, express shipping should take 2-5 business days. We will pack your parcel and make sure it gets sent express, but Australia Post can sometimes experience delays in WA and rural areas of QLD. This doesn't happen very often but we just want to give you a heads up! We entrust Australia Post with your parcel and do everything we can to make sure it gets to you on time - but any delays they experience are (unfortunately) out of our hands.

Deliveries are out of our control so please keep this in mind whilst waiting for your order. If you haven't been home or you think your parcel is overdue we suggest you call your local post office as your parcel may be awaiting pick up.

We also take no responsibility for lost or missing parcels, we provide all tracking numbers directly to you to deal with Australia Post.
